Terms of Service — Coreva Queue

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coreva Queue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and your organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2 Service Description

Coreva Queue is a multi-tenant clinic queue management system. It provides digital ticketing, queue display, real-time status tracking, and staff management tools for clinics and healthcare service providers. The service is subscription-based and subject to the plan selected at sign-up.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each organization is responsible for all activity conducted under its account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for ensuring that all users added to your organization comply with these terms. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4 Acceptable Use

You may not use Coreva Queue for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purpose. You must not attempt to circumvent security controls, access data belonging to other tenants, or use the platform to store prohibited content. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

5 Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a limited free trial period. During the trial, full platform functionality is available. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue creating tickets and accessing write operations. Read-only access may be retained post-trial.

6 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7 Limitation of Liability

Coreva Queue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

9 Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Tenant administrators will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
